Amazing Spa Experience

I visited the spa for a deep tissue hot stone massage and it was simply fantastic! Sheyla gave the best massage I've ever had, and I even booked another session on my last day. The spa accommodations were very nice and made for a relaxing experience. If you're planning a stay, definitely treat yourself to a massage here!

Fantastic Culinary Delights

We dined at Prime 787 and were blown away by the quality of the food. The service was excellent, and our waiter, Osmael, really went above and beyond to make our dining experience nice. I also tried the food at the Sand Trap, which was a great, affordable option with good tacos! Overall, I highly recommend exploring the dining options at the resort.

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

Our room was very large and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day by the pool. I loved the thoughtful features and the balcony where I could enjoy the view. The open-air concept added to the relaxation factor, allowing nature sounds to be the backdrop of our stay.

Kids Will Love It!

I brought my family, and the kids' pool and playground were a hit! They offered daily activities that kept my little ones entertained. The virtual simulated sports games at the Sand Trap were particularly fun for the entire family to enjoy together. It’s a great way to relax while still keeping the kids engaged.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve was simply incredible! The resort has a luxurious feel with beautifully renovated rooms and stunning grounds. The accommodations were wonderful, but the service varied, with one standout staff member. The dining options were excellent but might feel pricey for some. Overall, it's a perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway, especially with the beautiful beach and pool area.
